Trade committee will vote on a process to determine tie breaking procedures for inaugural rookie draft Tie breakers for teams with the same cap hit to determine the rookie draft order will be as followed: Least amount of 1st round picks in inaugural draft. If tied, Least amount of 2nd round picks in inaugural draft. If tied, Leas amount of 3rd round picks in inaugural draft and so on...
