Rationale: With Tonyan down, Okwubegbunam/Smythe stuck behind Fant/Gesicki, and Lewis too old to be relied on, I'm bringing in another mercenary to plug my hole at TE. Moving these DBs will hurt but I'm confident in my ability to reload the secondary depth. Pleasure working with Cleveland on this over the last few days
